    Every staff member was polite. The service was excellent and the rooms were huge and updated with a glass separating the shower to the bedroom, house keeping 3 times, as for instance.

    The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

    The room was brand-new, with comfy bed and a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice close to centre of town.

    Location, right next to the Petronas Towers and two streets away from the Railway is exceptional. spa pool is very nice, although very small, original. Breakfast is extremely expensive for this type of hotel in Kuala Lumpur. It is an expensive hotel for what you pay.

    rooms, although correct, are a bit small, with somewhat old and unkempt furniture. In our case, there were even holes in the wall of the bathroom, where there should have been a hanger for the towel, was no longer there and they didn't even bother to cover it up. bathroom is very cool with a fantastic bathtub and an even better shower, an extremely noisy extractor fan. reception staff is very austere, security is extraordinary, they help you with everything, they call the taxi, they guide you, whatever you need. In reception you don't even exist.

    Amazing, amazing, amazing

    The amazing views from my Beautiful Room were lovely! I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere. The staff were really good!
